Error E1

E1-00: IMC communication problems

E1-10: IMC problems

Error E7

Sub error:

E7-01: Duplex memory setup model error, memory undetected error

Cause: The memory is not set up properly or the memory capacity does not meet duplex the setting (6M).
Solution: Set the SIM 26-39 code number to 2

E7-02: LSU problems

Details: BD signal of the LSU cannot be detected in a given cycle. (Always OFF or always ON)
Cause:
LSU connector or LSU harness default or disconnection.
Motor rotation polygon laser beams are not generated normally. MCU PLP failure.
Solution:
Check the connection of the LSU.
Run SIM 61-03 to check the operations of LSU.
Check the polygon motor rotates normally.
Check that laser emitting diode generates laser beams.
Place the LSU unit again.
Place the l PTP MCU.

E7-10: Shading problems (Black correction)

Details: The black CCD analysis level is abnormal when shading.

Error F5

Sub error:

F5-02: Copy lamp lighting abnormality

Details: The copy lamp does not light
Cause: Copy lamp abnormality
Copy lamp harness abnormality
CCD PWB harness abnormality
Solution:
Use the SIM 5-3 to check the operation of the Copy lamp.
When the copy light is turn on upwards.
Check the mallet and the connector between the CCD unit and the PTP MCU.

Error H2

Sub error:

H2-00: open Thermistor

Details:
The thermistor is open.
The fusing unit is not installed.
Cause:
Thermistor abnormality
PLP control abnormality
Fusion section disconnect connector
The fusing unit is not installed.
Solution:
Check mallet and connector between the thermistor and the PLP.
Use SIM 14 to clear the screen of self-diagnosis.

Error H3

H3-00: Detection roller of high temperature heat

Details: Higher fusion temperature to 240 ° C
Cause:
Thermistor abnormality
PLP control abnormality
Fusion section disconnect connector
Solution:
Use SIM 2.5 to check the operation of the heater lamp flashes.

Details:

L1-00: Feeding is not completed within the specified time after starting the feeding time. (The scan head locking chopper is locked)

Details:
The white and the black area of the shading plate mark are used to obtain the difference in the CCD level values for the assessment of the blocking. When the difference in it is in the black levels and it is small, it is considered that the black point could not be packaged by padlock and error code "L1" is displayed.

Cause:
The scan head is locked by the lock switch.

L3-00: Scanner returning problems

Details:
When the mirror base is returned for the specified time (6 sec) in mirror initializing after connecting power, the mirror home position sensor (MHP) does not light. Or when the mirror base is returned for the specified time (about 6 sec) after start of copy return, the home position sensor mirror (MHP) does not light.

Cause:
Mirror unit abnormality
Scanner disconnections
Origin detection sensor abnormality
Mirror engine harness abnormality

Solution:
Use SIM 1-1 to check reciprocal mirrors operations.
When the mirror does not return.
Entry for disconnection of the scanner cable.
Check mallet and connector between the mirror motor and PTP MCU.
Place the mirror unit again.
Place the PTP MCU again.
When the mirror is fed.
Use SIM 1-2 to check the mirror position sensor at home.

Error L4

L4-01: Lock detection main motor

Details:
When the main motor pulse encoder is not detected during 100 sec.
Cause:
Main motor unit abnormality
Improper connection or disconnection of the main motor and harness.
MCU PLP abnormality
Solution:
Use SIM 25-01 to check the operations of the main motor.
Check the connection of the main engine harness / connector.
Place the main motor again.
Place the PTP MCU again

L4-32: Extractor motor stall detection problems

Details:
Error detection is initiated after 2 seconds after starting of rotation of the exhaust fan motor.
1) The state of continuous rotation of 250 ms is not detected during a 1 sec after starting detection
2) When the lock sensor (on the exhaust fan) detects the HIGH level (unstable) after detection lockout state (steady state)

Cause:
Exhaust fan motor connector connection without problems
Exhaust fan motor problems
MCU PLP problems

Solution:
Exhaust fan motor connector connection check
Engine spare Exhaust Fan
Place the PTP MCU again.

Error L6
Sub error

L6-10: Polygon Motor lock detection

Details:
The lock signal (signal specified rpm) does not return within a certain time (about 20 seconds) after the rotation of the polygon motor starts.

Cause:
Polygon motor unit abnormality
Improper connection or disconnection of the polygon motor and harness
MCU PLP abnormality

Solution:
Use SIM 61-1 to verify the operations of the polygon motor.
Check the connection of the polygon motor harness / connector.
Place the polygon motor again.
Place the PTP MCU again.

Error U2

LU-04: EEPROM read / write error (error of serial communication)

Details:
EEPROM read / write error (error of serial communication)

LU-11: Revision of sum error counter (EEPROM)
