- Unplug the printer from the power supply as well as from the USB cable.
- Press the “Menu” button and keep on doing it while plugging the printer to the power supply. The printer will start a maintenance process and in its screen it will show the “Maintenance” message, when this happens you can release the "MENÚ" button.
- In the keyboard press the up arrow key, press it until getting to the “8” number and then press “Settle”.
- Then press the up arrow key again until getting to the "0" number and then press “Settle”.
- Now start pressing the keys "Start/Black" until getting "PURGE:06414" in the screen.
- Next press the up arrow key until getting to the "2" number and press “bid”, continue pressing the up arrow key until getting to the “7” number and then press “bid” then do the same with the "8" and the "3" number.
- Now it can be seen that the counter is showing "PURGE:00000".
- When this happens press "Quit or Stop".
- Again press the up arrow key until getting to the “9” number in the screen and then do the same until it shows the "9" number again.
